For those that have been vegans for a while, you may already know about this. I ordered cookies from "The Alternative Baking Company" the other day. They arrived already (in like 3 days) from CA (I'm in NJ)and are soooo delicious! Free shipping too!

They carry these at a health food store I shop at. I especially like the oatmeal raisin and the pumpkin spice. (They're also available from www.veganessentials.com and www.vegstore.com , I think).
