Not only has he let me get DVD's of Cathe's replacing all my tapes plus some new ones, but I got new weight gloves last night and a barbell pad!!!!:7 So I am set for a while, I told him that for Christmas that I need a longer step so hopefully that will round out my workout equipment!!:D I did PS Chest, Shoulders and Triceps today along with the leg segment of MIS and the abs off of MIS also. Wanted to try out the pad and it worked well. Of course after lifting heavy on the chest on PS I found taking the barbell over my head a bit difficult ( had 45 on it over Cathe's 35).:+ But that was because I was just worn out from the other workout. I had done S & H Legs and Shoulders on Monday so I got double the leg and shoulder workout this week. Out of all the PS series I like the C,S, and T the best of all. I really feel it the next day in my pecs, and shoulders. It makes me feel like I am really working.:D I actually hurt whereas with the others I don't.

So anyway I will be off the net for about a week, we leave Sunday to take the boys to NC and then Monday morning bright and early we leave for Las Vegas for a week. Dh has a class for work to take and I will be basking in the sun:7 taking a real vacation. I plan on working out in the little gym that the hotel has that has all machines. I have never used only machines before so it should be interesting.:p So if you miss me great, otherwise I will be back to check in on the 19 or 20th.

See ya!!:7

Wow Annette~what a sweetie of a hubby you have. We WILL miss you. Have a great time. Be sure to watch the fountains outside the Mirage. It is wonderful. (Set & timed to music) Also, ask directions how to get to Freemont Street (Old Vegas) and enjoy what they call the "Freemont Experience". It's free, lots of loud music and pictures projected on the ceiling of a dome you stand under. They also have about 4 different bands playing different kinds of music. Then, go to the Rio (behind Ceasers) and inside they put a show on everynight several times called (I THINK) the Mardi Gras. It is supposed to be Bourbon Street in New Orleans. Watch it from upstairs. They have dancers in cable cars that go around the top of the hotel. Which hotel are you staying in? Be sure to carry a water bottle everywhere with you. Very dry & hot, but ooooh so FUN! Can't wait to hear all about it. DON'T FORGET your walking shoes. You will walk MILES a day!

We stay at the Residence Inn at Marriot which is off the strip but offer breakfast and dinner with your cost, and since this is a business trip, it saves on per diem for the trip and we can do other stuff, if you get my drift. We were just talking about missing the Mirage's fountains the last time we were there and saying that we must see them this time. We went to Freemont last time but missed the show because we had wondered into a casino. We will definetely try for seeing it again this time. Dh has been in the Rio I haven't so I will tell him and make a point to go this time. I bought new walking shoes just for this trip with all my heel problems I didn't want to aggravate it anymore.:( :)

I am getting excited. I finally lost a half a pound this morning so that made my day. I did MIC hi/lo segment today and the abs off of PS Legs and abs and the abs off of S and H Triceps and biceps. So I am pumped!

See ya when I get back
