Hubby and I leave for Buffalo tomorrow!

This trip is not exactly for fun, but my DH has an appt. with the neurosurgeon re: his thoracic vertebra. Seems there are only a few select DR.'s who will perform surgery on a bulging disc in the thoracic spine (I believe the bulge is in a critical area). Luckily, Buffalo is only 2 to 2 1/2 hrs away. Anyway, DH goes for a consultation and needs wifey there to make sure he asks the right questions. DH has been on worker's comp with this injury since the year 2000! He seems to have a shooting pain that goes up his left side which makes me nervous! I hope we can find out some relieving answers tomorrow! Oh, and is anyone else familiar with this type of surgery? Oh Lisa I hope everything works out for DH. I don't know anything about this surgury but my prayers are with you and DH. Let us know when you come back.

Hi Lisa~I am not familiar with the surgery either but wanted to wish you a safe trip and hope you find some answers for his problem. Take in a nice dinner out and let us know how it goes. (the Dr. appoinment, not dinner! ;-)) We'll miss you here.
