I am looking for a challenging cardio & weights workout to get. I have a few but would like to get another. I am interested in either High Step Training Advanced or High Step Challenge - can anyone help me with the decision? The descriptions are so similar I'm having a tough time choosing. Want more cardio and weights than Boot Camp. Love BC but a minute of each is too little for what I want. I already have and love Cardio & Weights and Body Max.
