HSC vs HST

I am curious about these two workouts. Which is better? Are there positives to one or the other that make it a better purchase? I can tell that HST would fall behind HSC because it doesn't include an ab section, but I can always add on. Which do you recommend and why? Thanks in advance for your help.

IMO, HSTA is harder cause with every combo you are doing high step for the lower body. HSC seems easier to me. Both are good workouts and worthy of buying.

HSC is a beginner to intermediate workout. It hits every body part and I do work up a sweat while doing it, but comparatively it's way easier.

I assume the HSC you're referring to is High Step Challenge. Actually, HSTA is the harder of the two even though it doesn't have an ab section. It has tons of leg presses and some unique moves that are not in her other workouts such as one arm tricep dips, tricep extensions while doing static lunges, cross-over (walking side to side) pushups to name a few. HSTA is my favorite circuit workout of Cathe's. The cardio also gets your heart rate right up there. The cardio on HSTA has one minute more than HSC. Even though HSTA doesn't have abs, you are still working your core in HSTA. I have them both and love them both.

Are you talking about High Step Circuit (Intermediate) or High Step Challenge?

The former is a beginner workout, the latter is at best high intermediate, but IMO it's advanced.

The nice thing about HS Challenge is two sets of leg press and no lunges. The rest is pure fun.

I just did the High Step Challenge. Not sure if I enjoyed it or not, love ALL of Cathe's workouts, but this one...I don't know, lets just say it isn't my fave. But then again, I prefer either pure cardio or pure weight workouts, not the circuit deal, although I do love Drill Max!:)
I have HST, but have not done it yet, so I can't help ya there!
