HRM buttons locked?

I have a Polar F11 and it says "buttons locked". Does anyone know how to unlock them? If not I will call customer service. Just thought I might get an answer here without having to sit on hold.

LOL! This has happened to me before & I was befuddled every time. I always ended up unlocking them by accident.

I figured it out a few weeks ago--press down on the upper left button & just hold it until it unlocks.

I took it with me on the road trip and some buttons got pushed on the way there, because when I unpacked it showed I had been working out for 7+ hours. LOL. So I guess on the way home it decided to lock itself.
