My HRM was showing the low battery symbol so I bought a new battery for it. I put the new battery in and the darn thing won't work. It's just a blank screen. When reading the book that came with the HRM it says to ship it to a Polar dealer to replace the battery. Puhleez!
I had it sitting on the kitchen counter while I was waiting to get the replacement battery. It was sitting not far from a small tv that sits on the kitchen counter. The book said tv's, cellphones, etc. could cause "disturbance". Does disturbance mean the thing isn't going to work anymore?
Has anyone else had problems with their HRM after changing the battery?
