How's this rotation look?

Hoping for weight loss being the result....what do you think? Too little cardio?

M - Run (currently doing 2 miles with an additional 1 mile walk...looking to continually up that as body allows) plus CTX chest, shoulders and triceps

T - CTX Back Biceps and Abs and Power yoga (Bryan Kest or Baron Baptiste)

W - Run plus CTX LLA

TH - Spinning and Power Yoga

F - Run and Power Yoga

S - Either MIS or PH (prefer PH if it doesnt make a difference) and Power Yoga

So thats 4 days each of weights, cardio and yoga with one day off
