How would I use S&H in a rotation

I just got S&H and am currently looking to go to one body part a week and was wondering should I just do one body part from S&H or can I add another for example body part from another Cathe video...for example

Monday S&H Chest and Chest from Muscle Max

so for the entire week I would do one body part but from two DVD's ...make sense? these are the other Cathe videos I have

S&H
4 day split
Butts and Gutts
Body Max II
LIC
Drill Max
Muscle Max
Cardio and Weights
GS Chest and Triceps
GS Back, Shoulders and Biceps
