How Will We Get Updates???

I did not preorder the STS Strength series, but jumped on the preorder for the STS Cardio. Because I wasn't in on all the excitment on the previous STS series, I do not know how we will get updates on the Cardio series. Do we just watch this forum or will we get emails with clips on Cathe TV? I'm excited to learn about progress, etc.

Once rehearsals begin updates will certainly be posted here, but also in our Blog, Fickr, twitter, facebook and Cathe TV. Email updates will be used mainly for presale end dates and shipping notices.
