How/Where to purchase home size step AND new DVDs together?

Where can we buy the entire package of new beginner/intermediate DVDs and the studio step that the Step Company will be selling together? Will the tubing be included in the package and will the high step be a separate deal with the 2nd DVD?

We don't know all the details yet, but combinations kits will not be available until after summer and maybe not until early 2005.
