HI CATHE!!!
I ABSOLUTELY LOVE YOUR SHOW ON FIT TV. I WORK-OUT EVERY MORNING WITH YOU AND THE GANG MON.FRI. I COULD REALLY USE YOUR HELP WITH NUTRITION AND HOW TO GET GREAT LOOKING ABS AFTER HAVING 2 CHILDREN.I USUALLY EAT HEALTHY, BY THAT I MEAN LOW-FAT, LOW-SUGAR, AND TRY TO EAT A BALANCE DAILY. I AM A 37 YEAR OLD WIFE AND MOTHER OF 2 ONE IS 18 AND ONE IS 2 1/2 . I'M VERY ACTIVE AND LOVE LEARNING NEW THINGS
SO TELL HOW TO UTILIZE WHAT I KNOW WITH HOW TO DO IT THE RIGHT WAY. I AM 4FT 11 IN. 97 lbs. MY MUSCLES BUILD VERY WELL, BUT I DON'T WANT TO BUILD ALOT OF BULK, I WANT TO SEE LEAN MUSCLE. PLUS I WANT THAT FLAT, YET FIT LOOKING SIX PACK. SO HOW DO I GET IT??? WHAT DO I NEED TO EAT, HOW MUCH, HOW OFTEN AND WHAT EXERCIZES WILL GET ME THE RESULTS I'M LOOKING FOR? ALSO HOW DO YOU FEEL ABOUT SUPPLEMENTS.?
