How to use Gym Style workouts?

Hi Cathe-

I am curious how to incorporate the Gym Style workouts into a rotation. Would it be good to do each one in its entirety once per week? Or, should we add on another full body workout in the same week? I wasn't sure if doing them once per week w/out any other weight workouts would be adequate. My goals are builing strength and losing inches/fat.

So far, I am VERY impressed with the new workouts! They are fabulous! Thanks for all your hard work and creativity!

I'm interested also. Right now I've done them only once a week but I'd like to add another strength training workout so that I do each body part twice a week. I was thinking of adding CTX Upper Body/Leaner Legs, but then I thought the PS series is more in line with the Gym Style workouts.
 
Just checked out the rotations forum and found some ideas! Thanks for the suggestion!

I can't wait to see what Cathe pulls together for her March rotation!
