Dear Cathe:

Hi! I love your vidoes, but I am having a problem. I would like to build strength and develope toned, defined muscles. In addition, I am working on losing 20 lbs. I like using your weight training vidoes at home and using the aerobic exercise equipment at my gym. I use the following videos ONLY - power hour, legs & glutes, muscle endurance, muscle max, pure strength series, slow & heavy series, ab hits, pyramid lower & upper body, butts & guts, and gym style(all). Here is where things get confusing for me. I would like to do a 6 day a week program. How do I rotate these videos to maximize my results? At what point do you stop increasing your weights for any given exercise? I have seen the stretch marks on body builders at my gym; I definetly don't want them! I hope you can help.
