How to tone up - only want to lose about 5 lb

Hi Cathe -- or anyone who would like to chime in.

I am newer to Cathe. I have been doing all of the FitTv Cathe workouts now for 6 months - and they have helped me get excited about working out again! Before Cathe I was doing Taebo Advanced about 5 times per week and lifting light weights occasionally. I have tried Cathe's PUB and Slow & Heavy Series on FitTv and have gotten great results. I can see definition in my arms and have even gotten some compliments from family. I recently ordered Low Max, IMAX 3, and Kick Max, and have been loving all three! I plan to order more, just have to take it slowly due to cash flow.

Okay - here is the question. I am 30 years old, 5'4", 125lb. I am reasonably toned. I want to tone up my entire body and slim up a little more. While my arms are toned already, I would like to have more cut arms. I don't want large arms though. I am hoping to get to 120 lb (was at 140lb this time last year!). How many times per week do I need to do cardio? and for how long? How often should I weight train? Should I continue with a PUB type total upper workout, or should I do one body part per day? I am so confused on what to do as there are so many options.

I have read a ton of posts on this forum debating how many times per week to do cardio. I usually try to fit in five times per week. I want to try cutting this down and doing more resistance training, however the old cardio junkie in me is scared that if I cut back on cardio that I will gain weight. Any opinions or advice for me????
