How to tone but hips and thighs

I would be interested in Cathe's reply too. Some people say high reps (eg the Leaner Legs or Legs and Glutes tapes) whereas others say use heavy weights (eg Pyramid lower body).
 
Cathe has a DVD called Legs and Glutes. You can watch a preview of it on the video clips link above. The same DVD has another workout called Kick Punch Crunch which is also good for the legs, hips, thighs, and glutes.
As far as short amount of time- no magic- just hard work!

I agree with Amy! Both the L&G's tape and Kick, Punch and Crunch hit these areas GOOD! Good Luck and try to eat as clean as possible and drink lots of water.

I think that legs and glutes and the PLB are great workouts.
