How to Survive the "Wait"

I figured I should put the time waiting for the new DVD's to good use and revist "completly" my other cathe DVDs. I know her new ones will be exceptional and challenging...but I thought hey....I already have some cathe right here!!! ;-)

I have been in a body blast rotation kinda mood...but I think I am going to do a circuit week next week ...bodymax, bootcamp, one of the terminators...then I think I will sandwich in a little rythmic step...mombo...chacha..pivot turn..chacha...

and the time will just fly...as well as the sweat...

Then a spa day on the weekend...self pedicure...manicure..facial..hot bath with salts and good smellies..

and Boom...there will be a announcement..and we will be off!!!}

Ok..so howd I do?...awwwwwwww who am I kidding...I dyin here!!! lol:7

Me too. Three new cardio tapes--I'm so excited!

Still wondering about Low Max though. Hope it makes me sweat buckets.

I just got my highstep...today...so that will be nice to incorporate into the workouts I already have...Yep ...that will tide me over...NOT!!! lol}(

Pretty much anything cathe does...makes you sweat buckets...!!! I love how she throws the hard stuff in at the end...if it was in the begininng it would be hard...but at the end...wowzer...I think of it as my own memorex version of a personal trainer...I hear her in my workouts at the gym...push it....one more set...can we get another set...your almost there...are you feeling that?
