How to rotate videos?

Hi Cathe. I am starting to rotate more Cathe videos into my fitness routine. I really need help with how to rotate these videos. I have the videos and not the DVDs. Here are the videos that I have so far:
Step Blast
Rhythmic Step
IMAX2
Step, Jump & Pump
Kick, Pump and Crunch
Cardio & Weights
Circuit Max
Muscle Endurance
Cardio Kicks
All Step
Body Max
Boot Camp

Can you help me with a rotation for these videos? I do plan on adding more videos into my collection, but for now, this is all I have. Thanks for any help you can give me!
 
Hi Susie! There are many options and how you structure them will also depend on your goals. For general overall fitness try the following:

Mon: Step Blast
Tues: Muscle Endurance
Wed: Cardio Kicks
Thurs: Step Jump and Pump
Fri: Imax 2
Sat: Rhythmic Step
Sun: OFF

Mon: Boot Camp
Tues: 30 minute run or brisk walk
Wed: Circuit Max
Thurs: Kick Punch Crunch
Fri: Step Jump and Pump
Sat: All Step
Sun: off

Mon: Body Max
Tues: Off
Wed: Imax2
Thurs: Cardio and Weights
Fri: Kick, Punch and crunch
Sat: Muscle Endurance
Sun: off

Mon: Boot Camp
Tues: 30 minute run or brisk walk
Wed: Muscle Endurance
Thurs: Cardio Kicks
Fri: Cardio and Weights
Sat: Imax 2
