I hope this is the correct term. Or a power clean?

I wish to use a heavier barbell for squats and I can pop it up there fine. When I have finished my squats however, I have trouble mustering up the strength to pop it back up and lower it down. The truth is, I don't know how to move to get it back down.

Popping it up I can imitate you, Cathe, in some of your tapes. At least I think so. (Dead lift it up off the floor, to a standing position. Then squat halfway down or so and power back up while raising both hands to the chin. Then do the same, raising hands to the sky. Then lower it down onto the shoulder area.)

But how do I practice getting it back overhead to lower down again? There seems to be a sticking point right there where it's resting, and I'm scared to strain, so I'm in danger of having to wear that darn barbell up on my shoulders for the rest of the day, lol.

Do I do a quick plie while thrusting both hands straight upwards, then slowly straighten my legs back up? I think I can lower the weight from overhead okay. Are there any tricks to it or parts of videos to watch?

Any help anyone can give me to learn this well, I would appreciate.
