You know the area on the outer leg just before you get to the hip, the area that is between the thigh and hip? How do you firm that up!!??!!?? I am in pretty good shape. My fat to muscle ratio is very good, but I have that stubborn part of the leg that has a little cellulite that I can't get rid of. I do cardio just about 4-5 times a week and strength training just about the same amount of time. It seems like recently it has gotten more noticeable. Do you have any suggestions??? I would appreciate any feedback from you.
