I did my 1RMs for mesocycle 1/week1/disc1 and calculated my 1RMs, but how do I find my 60% of the 1RM???? Example: Incline Chest Fkys, my 1RM is 29 lbs. would 60% be 17.4 lbs? Thanks, Kay
Go to the Workout Manager and click on the STS icon (next to the 1RM icon).
You can pick any STS disc.
Just click the view and print button and it'll show you your workout card which will include your 1RM for that workout.
You can view your card and/or print it.
