I'm trying to get my 1RM's done and I'm not sure how to count the weights for the barbell exercises. I used 20 lbs. of wgts. on an 8.5 lb. barbell for the Seated Front Press Double Arms 1.5. So do I count the weight at 28.5 or 20. I'm thinking it would be 28.5 but I want to be sure. Thanks in advance for the help.
