How to cook fresh Cod

Good Evening

So I just bought fresh cod at the market, and going let it thaw overnight in the fridge before I throw it in the oven in the morning. I got 3 fillets about 1/2 lb a piece. My question is how long/what temp? I'm not exactly sure........ first time.... Thanks!
