How much weight should I have gained?

Hello everyone! I'm not sure if anyone will know the answer but I would be very greatful for any input as I am having a weight crisis!

I have increased my weight when lifting by 5kg and have been at this new weight for about 2 months. I am wandering how much weight I should have gained as I'm a little panicked. I have put on 5lbs and am sure this can't all be muscle. I am wondering how much, if any is muscle gain. :(

it may be muscle and water weight. I seem to hold more water when i am lifting more.
If i lay off the weights for a few days i drop pounds.
Well i won't be lifting for 2 weeks so i will tell you then my total input.
Don't fret, go by your clothes.

Thanks for the reply. I would really appreciate if you would let me know how you get on. Nevertheless, for the next two weeks, untill your reply, I will be locking away the chocolate! ;)
