Hello everyone! I'm not sure if anyone will know the answer but I would be very greatful for any input as I am having a weight crisis!
I have increased my weight when lifting by 5kg and have been at this new weight for about 2 months. I am wandering how much weight I should have gained as I'm a little panicked. I have put on 5lbs and am sure this can't all be muscle. I am wondering how much, if any is muscle gain.
