How much cardio?

Do I need to maintain my fitness level which I'm happy with. I'm doing 4-5 x's/wk @ 45mins.to an hr. Also do weights for upper & lower body & abs. Is this too much? Thank you for your opinions.:)

Well, everybody's different & I wouldn't necessarily say it's too much--I mean, your cv system is still benefitting from the cardio exercise. But to maintain you could probably cut out 1-2 cardio workouts & not have any weight gain.
 
Thanks for your replies. I did see Cathe's answer. In fact that is what made me think I'm doing too much cardio. 20 mins. 3x's a week sounds pretty good to me.:)
