When I wasn't working out, I ate 3 meals with a snack, and that seemed to hold me just fine.
However, now I'm exercising A LOT and I'm eating about 5 meals a day. I'm still tweaking my meal schedule as my body adjusts back to the heavier workload I'm putting on it, and I'm trying to include more fruits and veggies and proteins. It's getting there!
If you are able to get the show "Living Fresh", watch it for some great recipe ideas! It's on FitTV and one other station (TLC maybe?). Tonight, I made the stir fry she made on her show last week, and it was wonderful! It's the second time I've made it this week! And it lasts for about 4 days so I can eat it as a side of veggies with my meals.
