How many calories per day?

Hello everyone!! I have exactly 8 weeks before my vacation in California with my family and I want to lose those last 10 to 15 pounds. My current weight is 146 lbs. and I am 5' 2". My age is 33. I workout to Cathe about 5 days per week. These are the workouts I do: Basic Step (at an 8 inch step), Body Fusion, High Step Circuit, Step Blast and Step Blast Challenge, Cardio and Weights and I am currently trying to learn Low Max. I also do The Firm's Body Sculpt (with Jen) and Complete Aerobics & Weight Training (with Emily). I usually work out about 1 full hour a day on my workout days which is usually Mon, through Fri. My question is: How many calories per day should I consume to safely lose those last 10 to 15 pounds? 1200? 1400? 1600? Thanks in advance everyone!!

I wouldn't go any lower than 1491 with your stats and nver any higher than 2130.

Try this....do 1491-1704 calories a day for 3 days then 1 day at about 2130, then 3 days 1491-1704, then 1 day at 2130...calorie cycling, it keeps your metabolism high but not allowing the body realize you are trying to lose fat, therefore it will not go into starvation mode, no plateau!

Eat every 3 hours, 4-6 times a day, and include a protein at EVERY meal and snack.
