Does anyone know how to figure the amount of calories you're actually burning when you do, say, the Cardio Kicks workout? I did that one last night and, as you know, it's a tough workout. And do I burn as many calories doing a workout like this as opposed to running for an hour? I'm just trying to get a handle on how many calories I burn when I work out. (Like, did I burn up the brownie calories I consumed earlier in the day?) Thanks for any info you can share!
