Also, the BF% measurements are NOT really accurate (meaning the number doesn't matter). The numbers themselves can vary wildly depending upon the method used (calipers vs bio-impedence vs hydrostatic, etc) and the body's hydration levels. The actual number shouldn't be focused on -- but the TREND seen when taking the measurement at the same time of day, under the same levels of hydration, and with the same technique can be invaluable for tracking progress. Calipers typically report lower % than actual. Bio-impedence typically report higher % than actual. Hydrostatic is the most accurate ... but who can afford a few hundred bucks to be dunked under water?
The point I'm trying to make is that your ACTUAL BF% is probably not what you've measured. Don't worry about it. If you feel good -- then go with it. If not -- see how you feel with a little more BF.
