How long was Cathe injured?

Hi all,
I'm new to Cathe. How long was she injured? She looks stunning in the clips.

If memory serves me correctly we first heard about her injury last November (when filming the new workouts was planned and subsequently delayed). She was teaching a kickboxing class and felt something but didn't think it was serious then there was a seperate occurrance and that's when things took a turn to a loooong road to recovery. Again, that's off the top of my head. I'm amazed that I can remember that much 'cause I can't remember what I had for dinner last night:+

I'm sure someone will chime in with a more detailed account.

That sounds about right, Laurie. I am also relatively new to Cathe, and started here last May/June timeframe (can't remember which) and she was still in physical therapy then. I think that she had her surgery either the end of June or beginning of July, I'm not sure which.

Yes, she looks stunning, although I did notice that she doesn't bend her knee as deeply as she used to (but I only notice that because I am a nurse and notice those things).;-)
