How long to get replacement disk??

Has anyone ever had to exchange a DVD? How long did it take them to send it? I'm waitng for them to send me my replacement for Step Blast / Step Jump Pump. It kept freezing on me and wouldn't play right. They emailed me on the 18th of Jan to say they were sending out a replacement. I haven't done the Push Pull / Supersets disk yet. I hope it is OK.

Hi Kimbra! I would think you would have it within a day or two at the most since it's been a week. You might want to send Customer service an e-mail. I know we had MLK Day last week and then, of course, no mail on Sunday, plus terrible weather in the eastern states. Good Luck and hope it arrives soon.

I returned a skipping dvd after Christmas and it took a good 2-3 weeks for my new dvd to arrive. HTH's, Renee

Doesn't this always seem to happen? I posted this yesterday here at work and when I got home there it was in my mailbox.
