How long is too long?

Hi Cathe!

I have been doing CTX series since the beginning of September. Prior to that time period, my exercise attempts were sporadic at best. I have seen a lot of questions on here about rotations. My question is this: How long can or should I do the CTX series? I am using a 6" step and light weights (5, 8, and 10lb dumbells) with the tapes. I guess this is my first "real" rotation. I also have some other tapes of yours (bodymax, megastep blast, and imax) but have only used megastep blast bc bmax and imax were too advanced for me at the time I ordered them. I would like to keep doing CTX for as long as it is effective. Is there a certain time frame for rotations?

Hi Shannon!

Maybe Cathe will have time later to respond but I know in the past she has said that as long as a workout rotation is effective for you, there is no problem with continuing it. I know that most fans here usually will do a rotation anywhere from 6-12 weeks. I would say as long as it is still effective and you are not "burning out" on it (boredom-wise), go for it.
