How is this athletic but not bulky look achieved?

While we are on "bulking" topic, Here below is another statement from a celebrity trainer.
This trainer need, in my opinion, to get her/himself educated! Honestly!!!

ITA! Who is this trainer? This is just pure bunk.

And "feminine form"?!?! Meaning like you have to be one particular body shape or you're not a woman or somehow unfeminine? There's no one way or shape for a woman to be. She can be whatever the heck she wants to be. Ugh.

Rant over. I feel better now. :)

All I know it's charlize Theron personal trainer. I am not sure if the trainer in question is the same mentioned in
article below. Whoever he/she is, He/she need to put him/herself into learning some physiology and anatomy :);)

BTW, I agree with you about women shape.:)

What on earth has the grip got to do with the "bulk" whatever the word means!?

copied from above article

Theron’s Workout: De Santis’ workout for Theron is ballet-based and works every muscle group. Use dumbbells 5 lbs. and under to avoid getting bulky.

Oh who does this sound like. LOL

This sound like the one who offer to her clients and home exercisers a metamorphosis process.
Somehow this metamorphosis sound to me like the molting lizard process Yike!!! LOL:D:oops::oops:

That's really funny. I think that Gunnar Peterson is a much more reputable Celebrity trainer than most. I bet he costs a lot. Lol.

Seriously though if it's just a thin look don't you just need a treadmill and 5-15 lbs Dumbbells and a clean diet.
This non sense about long lean muscles ... It's just cardio, body fat and body frame.

I'm finding that if you want to be tiny then it's mostly diet not even exercise. But if you want to look better you kind of need to workout.

You said it correctly. If you want to be thin it's your diet but if you want to sculpt a nice looking physique it's your exercise.

Yep, spot on.
What make me crindge with hollyweird is they tend to glamorise those pursuing thin, soft and weak bodies claiming
they workout hard! :eek::oops::rolleyes::rolleyes:

There is no HARD athletic training there, let's be honest! The only hard, IMO, is sticking to calorie allowance which has got
nothing to do what an athlete is supposed to prep on daily weekly basis on top of real HARD work pfff!

Truth is you can not sculpt soft weak body tissues LOL. The real fun work consisting in sculpting the body require muscles.
Good looking physique require muscles --- Not just any exercise IMO.
