How is the original P90?

Has anyone done the original P90 program not the P90X?I was just wondering how it compared to the P90X or Cathe. WOuld this be good for intermediate exersisers?THAnk you :)
 
NO. Save your money and buy P90X or get more Cathe's. P90X can be modified down but Power 90 is much harder to modify up. Plus, it is excruciatingly boring in comparison to Cathe or even P90X.

Believe me, if you already work out with Cathe, you will be sorry you ordered it.

Plus, to make it worse, some of the songs in Power 90 are from Cathe tapes. Makes you want to just turn off the tape and do Cathe's stuff...much funner..and much more with the beat! LOL!
 
I've never used P90, but I've read a lot about it, and it doesn't appeal to me.

P90X, on the other hand, is great!

If you want something less intense than P90X, then Power Half Hour is a good bet. It's a series of 5 (6?) 1/2 hours workouts: upper body; thighs; buns; abs; stretch; ?. The ab workout includes some standing ab work, cardio and plyo moves (not "jump as high as you can" plyo, but "make a 180 turn" plyos that work the obliques). Tony is goofier than he is in P90X, and I actually like him better in PHH after using P90X, and the workouts are shorter, but they are effective.
