How I found Cathe

I work for a large law firm in New York and one of our clients was displaced in the WTC attacks so they came and stayed with us for a few months. One of the ladies was small like me and very muscular. We got to talking one day about lifting weights. I told her that I had been using Firm tapes for years but really wanted to find something with more focus on weight lifting. This lovely lady (who posts here from time to time) brought in several Cathe tapes for me to try out and gave me great advice about which ones to buy for my collection. Thanks to Cathe and Kathy I have dropped two dress sizes, gained much definition, and was able to wear a fabulous dress at a family wedding. When Kathy and I had lunch today, she told me that I looked better than I have since she's known me after having just come off an S&H rotation. That was so great coming from my mentor. I'm going to miss her terribly when her building is decontaminated and she can go back downtown, but I'll always have her for a friend and think of her whenever I work out with Cathe!

I started with Power Hour and that was enormously helpful to me because it was so focused and had a great rhythm. Then I went to Rhythmic Step, S&H (which is my favorite by far), CTX and I just got IMAX but haven't used it yet. My friend Kathy lend me Pure Strenght for a few weeks, so I started with Power Hour which jumped my metabolism and started building mass, then I added Rhythmic Step (which was the most intense cardio I'd ever done) and lost some weight (five more pounds to go!), but when I got to week two of S&H I noticed several things: first, I had a gorgeous back (imagine, me!), and about two weeks ago I caught a glimpse of myself in a store window and was shocked to notice how much improved my posture is (big thing when you are not quite five feet tall), and finally that my shoulders, arms and lower legs have real definition. I think you have great tapes and couldn't possibly go wrong with S&H. I find it zen-like and peaceful. I'm back to Power Hour now for endurance, but I look longingly at S&H every day and have promised myself that I will add them in once a week after I have completed Power Hour 3x week for two weeks. Good luck!

That was a nice story.I found Cathe in a fitness mag. They were rating video's and Body Max came out as one of the best ones.It said something like ....she keeps pushing you as hard as you can go and if you want a breather then this is not the video to choose. She doesn't waste anytime.
At the time I was trying to lose the weight I had gained from a new relationship and I started running and I was using a Keli roberts aerobics tape that at the time was very challenging.Plus,I think I was doing the same tape everyday. Now that I think about it...how boring. When I got the tape I couldn't beleive how difficult it was.I was sweating non stop and of course I had to run out and buy some weights.I still (4 years later) really enjoy the video. The fact that I can get a great aerobic workout and get weights in in just 90 min. When normally it would take over 2 hours to do the full body work out in.I have been hooked on her ever since. There isn't one video that I am not happy with.Although I don't have some over her older videos, like step heat and step jam.I have been seriously thinking of getting them though.I did lose the extra weight, went down a couple of sizes and have toned up quiet nicely.
One thing we all agree on is we all love cathe.
