Just trying to complete the rest of my week, is this okay.

Thurs: am: Kick Max
pm: GS Back Shoulders & Biceps

Fri: am: Imax 1 2 or 3
pm: GS Legs

Sat: HE – Interval Circuit

Sun: HE – Interval Blast + Legs Drills

WOW...I'm seriously in pain just looking at that :eek: :eek: :eek: !! If you can make it through that you are one tough chick :D :D .
