Just my opinion, but trying to work out twice in 1 day may burn you out really fast.
I have done it because i missed a day and felt guilty then i end up so sore the next day i have to skip another one.
If you can handle it do it.
I just know with working 10 hrs a day it is not happening here.
You probably already look great!!!
