Hi everyone,
I am new, and I just happened to catch a fit-tv workout of Cathe's. I have to admit when I first tried to do Cathe's step, I thought "How does she do that??? However after taping a few of them and doing other workouts of hers....I have become addicted. After some practice, I finally mastered a couple of her step routines and I find myself wanting more. Hers are the best workouts around. Always something new and never boring. It is very inspiring for me to read all of your input and questions. This is what I have been missing in my life.
