I took 11 days off myself, and jumped right in with the Body Blast upon my return. Don't wait! First of all, Step Jump and Pump might be the perfect one to start with. It is not intense like Imax or Boot Camp cardio, but it is a nice 73 min. workout. And it hits everything – heart rate, lower body, upper body, and abs. Kick Punch and Crunch is the most intense in my opinion. I am just referring to the workouts as produced by the way, you may want to try a premix first, as some of these are shorter. I finally got Step Blast on my 3rd try. I can’t wait to do it again because once I nail all the moves, I think it will be one of all time favorites! I did Supersets lower body premix yesterday and the upper body today and it is really nice. I love some of the new moves. The Timesaver might be a nice way to start too, since they are shorter. I have yet to try Push Pull, but it looks great. I can’t wait to try the inverted shoulder presses. Overall, I would say the cardio is less intense than the I-Series, but the weight work seems more intense than the I-Series (especially when you do the premixes, which include multiple sets). The music is great, the choreography is fun and refreshing, and Cathe’s mood and enthusiasm are contagious. Give ‘em a try!
