How does a person know what their body type is?

I do strength training at least 3 - 4 days per week and the remainder is cardio. This week, for example, two cardio classes at the gym and the S&H series is on my plate with a total body Firm workout on the weekend. I try to take at least 2 days off, but sometimes only one. I have had people suggest to me in the past that this is too much cardio but I LOVE my gym classes. If you want, post to cathe and I will chime in right after yoU!

I too am a classic endomorph, or a spoon according to the iVillage article. This article contradicted most everything I have read from this message board about decreasing the size of your lower body. Currently I am working on high weight, high reps, mostly because of everyone's feedback here.
