how do you use ctx

hi everyone - i posted this in open forum but thought to put it here too. after the post about 4ds vs ctx, i ordered ctx. i have pyramids, gym styles, and several other weight workouts. ctx sounded good, though. do people use it all by itself or as add ons to other strength workouts? thanks for any info provided.
 
I use the CTX cardios (putting 2 together to make about an hour of cardio) and the upperbody split the most. I've never used it "as is". Leaner Legs is also a killer.

How do I use CTX??? I don't. With the exception of leaner legs which kicks butt, I don't think the workouts are that challenging. You could combine the workouts somehow to get a better workout, but why bother when there are so many better DVDs and premixes out there? I have all of Cathe's DVDs sans some older stuff, and I rarely touch CTX. But I would never part with this DVD purely of because of leaner legs which makes the purchase worth while.
Just my opinion.
 
The versatility of CTX is what makes it such a gem; You will not be disappointed with your purchase, Morris. I have used it "as produced" and have gotten great results doing it that way. I also utilize it in parts. Today for instance, I used the All Step portion of CTX as a substitute for the HIS in my current 4DS rotation. I often use the cardios when I need something quick that gets the job done. Leaner Legs is fabulous and it DELIVERS. You are going to find many ways to incorporate CTX into your workouts! Enjoy;-)
