How do you smile so well during filming?

Last spring I tried to make a dvd for some of my clients and, well... The whole experience was such an education. One of the things I found so very difficult was smiling into the camera. There are times I look like a deer in headlights, sometimes when I wasn't smiling that look like I am angry and the scariest of all when I realized I wasn't smiling and tried to paste on a smile I look, well, scary. So my question to you is how do you manage in that situation to be so warm to the camera?

Hi Shayne! It is very awkward in the beginning but you do get used to it and it eventually just becomes a natural thing. Good luck and SMILE BIG

I'm just wondering how you all can smile while doing weight lifting or band work. Here I am grimacing, straining and you guys are all smiles. And I can see the weights you are lifting. They are definitely not barbie dumbbells!!
