So I'm going to be doing Chest & Back and Legs & Shoulders. There is NO dread factor here but I keep finding something else to do instead. I put in the DVD and then decided to arrange some of my other DVD's. Then I went downstairs to get something from the fridge. Then I was thinking since it's a nice rainy day, to watch a movie and make some popcorn and workout after.....yeah, right!
Now, I'm posting this instead of chest pressing. There are some days that I dive right in, and then there are days like this. Do any of you do this also? I know I am going to work out and will really get into it once I get going but geesh, why prolong the inevitable? I mean it's only been an hour since I was actually going to start working out. :+ O.K., I'm flexing my Cathe induced bicep to get me motivated. Hopefully I WON'T be back for awhile! }( Thanks for listening and letting me add another 5 minute delay.
