How do you know you have hit your real delt the way you should?

How do you know you have hit your rear delt the way you should?

Hi Everyone,

Those of us who have read cathe's newsletter probably recall she shared a true on most exerciser including elite athletes negligence training the rear delt ending up causing imbalances.

Has anyone started taking actions on this? If you have how do you know you have isolated it properly and hit it (hard hard warrior style :eek:) the way you should.

I have just had my first ever rear dealt DOMS and I just can not stop getting excited about it :eek::D:D:D. They talking so loudly!!!! The DOMS go down to my lats Loving it!!!

what section of which DVD were you doing to produce this DOMS so miraculously? Enquiring minds and all that....

Ohhh yaaaa :eek:. The rear delt bonus was pretty amazing :eek: (is that the one you are talking about Nathalie?). I actually find all of Xtrain's UB workouts to have sufficient rear delt work. I know my rear delts are weak, so I'm glad Cathe put such great emphasis on training those muscles. So far this series has produced impressive DOMS on every square inch of my body. Lovin' it :D.

I have not tried the XTRAIN weight segments as yet.

I am still on STS,will be starting meso3 soon. I did disc 22 not sure as replying from work. It was drop set and isolated rear delt as I could and without expecting DOMS. They day after it was leg day :D:D:D
That's when I felt it...Now I know what to expect taking rear delt 100 challenge.

It is an amazing DOM going down to lats---Two days it has lasted lol.

To reply to your question---it was Disc 22 of STS not sure though will be checking later. It is all about focusing while doing it. Looking back i can now recal "playing" hard doing rear fly on ball seating etc---
