Is my washing machine shrinking my jeans?

I don't throw them in the dryer--anymore--I wash them in cold water and hang them up to dry. Still, I suspect they're getting tighter.

Okay, so how do I know if they're getting smaller or I'm getting bigger?

Ya know I think some clothes just shrink over time. I have that problem, some too. The scale doesn't necessarily change and other clothes still fit but certain paints are snug. Go figure!!

Is it only your jeans that are getting tighter, or is it your other pants as well? I used to use the "my jeans are shrinking" excuse when I was getting bigger. But then I faced reality...

If the dryer is shrinking them, they should stretch again after one or two wearings. By the way, may I suggest stretch jeans? Sooo much more comfy than the 100% cotton kind.

Maybe you could measure yourself to see if it's the jeans or your body.
