How do you incorporate pilates into your routine?

If you do weight training also. Is it either/or? Or is pilates not vigorous enough that you can do both, as in consecutive days?

I am doing a split routine now but I would like to add more pilates because I hear so much good about it. All I have right now is a pilates legs DVD (Winsor). I haven't used it in a while but when I did it did give me some burn for a while then became somewhat easy quickly, but it certainly was a nice change from vigourous weight training.

I like pilates abs. It's not too hard to incorporate it into a weight training workout. I think variety is the spice of life, anyway...and it's good to hit your muscles with different types of work.
 
I do 20 minutes every other day. I have only been doing pilates for a month and am seeing great results. I am seeing dramatic strength gains in my core. I do traditional ab work on the opposite days. Yes, I am one of those people who works my abs daily}( . This works for me though. Good Luck!!

P.S. Pilates does not replace my weight work..I usually do it on my cardio days.
