How do you count when Cedie isn't there?

While I was doing your IMAX 3 video today I got to wondering, When you do your classes at the gym you work at, how do you count and talk to everyone when you don't have Cedie there???? Do you not talk as much and count out loud more? Just wondering? Thanks

Not sure how Cathe does it but I have one lil' peep in my class who ALWAYS knows what I have done...all I have to do is look at her and she lets me know how many more! I am lost when she is not there. (Kind of like "MY" Cedie but her name is Diane!)
