how do I update my ticker?

I went into Cathe fun and updated it there and it's showing my new numbers there, but it's not showing up on my posts.

I am having trouble with the weight progress ticker also.

I entered weight in the workout manager and the cathefun. Still can't get the ticker to show up on my posts.
