how do I rotate videos? help!!!!!

Cathe, I am wondering how should I rotate videos and what to buy. I would like to do cardio 3 times a week and weight lifting 3 times a week. I want to buy the slow and heavy series, pure strength series and cross trainer xpress series. I want to get a great fitness routine going! Thanks

The tapes you are considering are all good! (What Cathe tape isn't??) Do you have a step, barbell & dumbbells? Have you ever done step before? I think the CTX Series would be a great rotation for you considering you have some step experience under your belt. What's nice about this series is that it combines Hi/Lo, kickbox & step into 5 days worth of workouts. At the end of each of these 5 tapes is a 10-15 minute strength workout involving one major muscle group. (chest, shoulders, back, biceps, triceps) There is also a 6th tape that is a total leg workout. Each tape is approximately one hour long so you get your cardio and your strength work all done in an hour. The series can be done in 6 days taking the 7th. off for rest or whichever day you choose to rest. If you have less time then that, you could do the muscle work in the evening. (or days you have more time, do two muscle parts) The S&H Series and also the PS Series you mentioned are great too and will come into play after you have done a rotation of the CTX for some time. Keep in mind you get a larger discount if you order more tapes at once. Not sure I made all this clear. Let me know if I can be of more help.
