I was in the process of logging my body measurments into body log when I discovered I did not know how to figure what my body fat is. Also, it ask for goal body fat; well, I don't know what should be a goal body fat if I don't know what's good or bad for my height and weight. I'm 5'5 1/2 - 5'6 153 lbs. Please help....

Well, first, you should google body fat guidelines. There are all kinds of sites that will give you estimates of what's "normal" based on weight, height, age, etc. Notice I said estimates. Then, if you have a gym membership, you can have them check it. If not, get a scale that gives you the reading. It's not very accurate, but at least it will give you an idea.

My guess would be that anything between 12% and 17% would be good. I think the average is a little bit higher. I'm sure someone who has looked at this more recently than I have will chime in with a better idea. I'm kind of rusty!
