How clean is your house?

Anyone watch this show? I'll admit I don't but I caught Oprah on friday and they were her guests. Did anyone else see this? Oh my gosh that one womens house with the dogs was unbelieveable! I have a friend that's pretty close, she will invite people over and the toilet with have poop all over the inside, she has either dirty laundry or clean (I'm not sure) in piles all over her house, she's married with one child, you have to step over the garbage! It's one thing to be caught with univited guests but when you invite people over don't you clean the bathroom

I dunno, I can be a shover in closets and draws but I'm pretty clean elsewhere!

I tried to watch it a few times, but got so grossed out I had to change the channel. They take swabs of people's dirt and send them to the laboratory and find out that they are living in serious illness-causing conditions. There was one woman who had a few desiccated mouse carcasses in her radiator. I almost lost my dinner. Sorry to be so graphic. In short, avoid this show at all costs, and definitely DO NOT watch it while eating!!!!!!!!x(

Sometimes, when channel surfing at night I catch segments of it on Lifetime. At first I thought it was all a sham. I mean, who can live the way those people live? Apparently, such people do exist. I always wince when they get the lab results of those samples of the dirt/slime/gunk/mold. I do love the hosts a lot. (Don't know their names.) I find that white-haired English(?) lady very charming.:)

People who live like that around here and have children get the kids taken away. I'm by no means a neat freak, but I clean every week.

I can't stand to watch the shower either. I start gagging. I do love the hosts though, and the after pictures. These people are obviously depressed or have some other mental illness. Sometimes I have laundry piled up but these people have no standards.

To be told, my tiolet is proberly "cleaner" than my kitchen top!

I DONT THINK SO

You have to stay in shape. My Grandmother started walking when she was 60. Today she is 97 and we don't know where the hell she is! - Ellen DeGeneres

My kids watched this with me and we all just about choked. They think I am a bit nutty with all my cleaning and such, but after watching this show they happily help out without any comment.

The other shows that get me are the Wife Swap/Trading Spouses group. I could never do it, but it sure is interesting to see just how different we all are, and what our "normal" can be.
